This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff members at the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds have been cozy and the other guests were being usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Very great hotel and fantastic location. Surely will advise Best Western Chalet les Saytels!

Stayed for 3 nights with my spouse. Beds ended up big enough and the space was normally pretty clean. Staff members were being pretty handy and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big and also the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was good. Not an incredibly social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.

If you are visiting Le Grand Bornand you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are very clean. And a spectacular atmosphere.
